I was born in London and have lived in various locations throughout the UK, Cyprus, and the United States.  I have also travelled extensively and have developed a passion for learning about culture and community.

I received my BA (hons) in English Literature from Anglia Ruskin University in Cambridge, a Post Graduate Teaching Certificate from the Institute of Education in London, and my MA in Youth and Family Ministry in Tennessee. After teaching in Europe for many years, I moved to the US with my husband in 2007 and began working in higher education shortly after. Together, we joined the Baylor family in 2012, where I worked in Campus Living and Learning for several years. My passion for global communities partnered with my commitment to education led me to the role of Program Director at Baylor & Beyond LLC in May 2019. I strive to create a real home and community for the North Russell residents and I love meeting students from all over the country and the world. In addition to travelling, I like to read, cook, bake, and watch movies, TV shows, and plays. 

I was born and raised in Houston, Texas, but Baylor University quickly became my second home. I earned my Bachelor of Science in Public Health from Baylor before completing my Master of Arts in Interdisciplinary Studies with concentrations in Executive Leadership and Education from Liberty University. As a student, North Russell Residence Hall played a defining role in my Baylor experience. I had the privilege of living and serving as a Community Leader here for three years, where I discovered my passion for fostering belonging, developing student leaders, and creating meaningful community. Returning to North Russell as the Residence Hall Director feels like coming home, and it is an incredible honor to serve in the very place that helped shape who I am today.

Before returning to Baylor, I worked in youth development, higher education, and nonprofit leadership, leading programs that served thousands of young people and mentoring teams of student and professional staff. Those experiences strengthened my commitment to helping students navigate the challenges and opportunities of college while encouraging them to grow academically, personally, and spiritually. My hope is that every resident who walks through the doors of North Russell finds a place where they are known, supported, challenged, and empowered to become the person God has called them to be.

Outside of work, I enjoy exploring new restaurants, cheering on Baylor Athletics, traveling, mentoring emerging leaders, and spending time with family and friends. I look forward to getting to know each member of the North Russell community and helping make this a place you'll be proud to call home.

As the faculty director, my primary job in the hall is to coordinate our neighborhood program, mentor our neighborhood leaders, and make connections between our student groups and academic/co-curricular units on Baylor’s campus. Aside from this, I teach first- and second-year Spanish. I am also the faculty advisor for Baylor’s Gymnastics Club and Gamma Alpha Omega, a multi-cultural sorority. I was born and raised in a small Texas border town called San Juan. I left San Juan to attend Williams College in Massachusetts where I majored in English and Spanish. I speak both pretty proficiently! I received my MA in Spanish literature and linguists from Baylor. On my spare time, I like hiking, kayaking and yoga—preferably in locations abroad. My office is in Old Main 380 if ever you would like to chat. 

I am originally from Tulsa, Oklahoma, but I have come to call Waco my home! I spent the 4 years here at Baylor, recently graduating with my BA in English Literature. As an undergraduate student, I spent much of my time engaging with many campus programs and leadership opportunities, including: Committee chair for Service and Ministry (SerMin), Community Leader (CL) in Campus Living and Learning, and Senior Senator in Student Government. I have always enjoyed working with students and developing great programs for the rest of campus to enjoy. 

As I pursue my MsEd in Higher Education and Student Affairs (HESA) I am excited to continue my work with students, as well as developing my abilities as a researcher, program planner, and leader. I cannot wait to see everyone, and to accomplish great things together! My hobbies include going to Cinemark, going to the gym, taking naps, and hosting friends for dinner!

I am from the Buckeye state of Ohio. I completed my bachelor's degree in Pastoral Ministry at Trevecca Nazarene University (TNU), located in Nashville, Tennessee.

During my time at TNU, I was involved in various areas of campus life including athletics, spiritual life, a leadership role in residence life, and the center for student development. Additionally, I was heavily involved in a local church where I completed multiple internships. As these different areas of my life intersected I developed relationships that helped shape me into who I am today. 

As I pursue my Master’s degree in Higher Education and Student Affairs here at Baylor University, I hope to continue empowering students to be leaders and supporting them to reach their hopes and dreams. I enjoy hearing about people’s stories and their passions. I especially love seeing these passions come to life. I am always down to go on a walk, grab coffee or lunch!  I look forward to connecting with the North Russell Community.

I enjoy taking walks, being outdoors, being active, traveling, smoothies, watching football, and playing board games.

I was born and raised in Houston, Texas and come from a Ugandan family. I enjoyed getting to know my family's culture, which has given me a passion for understanding different cultures as well. Additionally, growing up in a diverse city exposed me to people from various backgrounds which also poured into this passion.

I graduated from Houston Christian University (HCU) in 2023 with a BA in Psychology and a minor in Biblical Studies. I then worked in the social work field as a Foster Care Case Manager for one year and an Integrated Care Coordinator in a Mental Health facility for another year. I have volunteered in church camps and internships in the youth departments. On the side, I have been a swim coach for competitive swimmers through USA Swimming organizational teams, so I have really come to value working with competitive athletes at all levels of support as well. Ultimately, I enjoy working in advocacy for holistic care through promoting mental health awareness and spiritual well-being for people of all ages both in and out of crisis situations.

Coming into the NoRo community as a chaplain,  I am super excited to meet people from all around the world and serve them in any capacity they might need. I am currently in my second year at Truett Seminary pursuing a dual degree: a master's in divinity and a master's in social work (MDiv/MSW) with the Sports Ministry concentration. My goal as a chaplain is to help residents have a welcoming and inclusive experience no matter where they come from. I have had the pleasure of serving people from all backgrounds socioeconomically, emotionally, mentally, and culturally, which I feel will be valuable in the NoRo community. I am looking forward to pouring into students and walking along with them during the good and bad times. I hope to help students grow spiritually and holistically in order for them to feel empowered throughout their time here at Baylor.
